Safe Rides
All of our drivers and staff are screened for clear drug and alcohol, driving and criminal backgrounds and meet or exceed government requirements. Staff and drivers receive continuing education and training on customer service, safety and other pertinent subjects. Our vehicles are inspected by our maintenance department and pass annual inspections by the Minnesota Department of Public Safety or the Department of Transportation.
Quick Service
We have a state of the art communications and computer system to facilitate efficient dispatch and billing. The computer dispatch sends your trip immediately to the cab. The system also uses global positioning system (GPS). This means a quicker pickup and faster response time to your call and the security of having the dispatcher know exactly where your cab is in case of an emergency. Yellow Cab goes the extra mile to ensure that riders have the best experience possible.
History
Yellow Cab was established as a small family business over 50 years ago. Over the years, the owners of Yellow Cab have been involved in the community by promoting, supporting and serving on many civic and charitable organizations.
