Care Cab is a Minnesota Medical Assistance provider and bills that agency directly.
Care Cab is an enrolled or a participating provider with Blue Plus, Medica, UCare, First Plan, Itaska Medical Plan, Minnesota Non-Emergency Transportation (MNET), and Health Partners.
